Damaged or Defective Products
We always stand by the quality of our products, always. If your product(s) arrive defective or damaged, please send photos of your damaged product(s) and order information to hello@duskbathandbody.com. We will process and ship a replacement immediately. Replacement products are shipped at no cost to you.
Returns and Exchanges
If you're unsatisfied with the look, feel, or performance of a product you purchased, please email hello@duskbathandbody.com with your order information and concerns, and we'll work with you to find a solution. A DUSK team member will review your information and will be in touch within 48 hours.
Returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis, and items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In the event a refund is issued, it will be in the form of store credit. To be eligible for a return or exchange in most cases, your item must include 75% or more of the original product and the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
