Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
Shipping prices are calculated at the time of checkout. All orders are processed within 24 hours for expedited delivery and within 72 hours for standard delivery.
Standard shipping typically arrives in 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping typically arrives in 3-5 business days.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We will email you package tracking information once your order has shipped.
DUSK products ship anywhere within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii), but we do not currently ship to US territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands). We expect to offer international shipping in early 2022, so check back soon!
Please Note: DUSK is not responsible for shipping delays due to courier issues, incorrect shipping information, undeliverable addresses, or other external shipping issues.
Free Domestic Shipping
Free standard domestic shipping is available on all orders over $50. Standard shipping typically arrives in 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping can be added for an additional $10. Expedited shipping typically arrives in 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has shipped.
International Shipping
Currently, DUSK Bath and Body products can only be shipped within the United States, but we plan to expand international shipping in 2022. Please check back soon for international shipping updates.
Exchanges and Returns
We always stand by the quality of our products, always. If your product(s) arrive defective or damaged, please send photos of your damaged product(s) and order information to hello@duskbathandbody.com. We will process and ship a replacement immediately. Replacements are shipped at no cost to you.
